Mid-America Wireless Return/Refund Policy:
Service contracts for Wireless Phones and Satellite Equipment may be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the time of purchase. Phone Accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Accessories must be returned in new and resellable condition. All returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt. Labor, Service, and Delivery charges are not refundable. All refunds will be paid in the form of a refund check. Refund checks will be mailed within 14 days from date of refund transaction.
